Brooks (He/Him) was born and raised in central Florida where he volunteered with the Florida Trail Association and went to school at the University of Central Florida. Eventually he found his way to New Mexico where he spent a season doing a variety of conservation work with Rocky Mountain Youth Corps. which led him to his current position as Forest Health Coordinator at Ciudad SWCD.
